'PlainViewHub Pizzeria' started as a vision to introduce the taste of real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family launched our pizzeria in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-owned business with time-honored recipes that have been passed down for generations.
'Marco Bianchi,' the pioneer of our establishment, honed her pizza-crafting skills during her journey across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was born. Returning to the UK, her aim was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, emphasizing age-old techniques and premium-grade materials.
What started as a humble 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished eatery within the community, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue practicing traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the best ingredients we can find.
Today, 'PlainViewHub Pizzeria' is still under the helm of family ownership, with the Bianchi lineage guiding our devoted team into the future. While we have incorporated some contemporary upgrades, the core of our mission endures: to serve scrumptious, genuine pizza that connects people.
